Although I can can copy the whole grid (or just single records) to excel or a text editor, and modify the values there, I can not paste them back into the grid.
This is an important function. When working on a large project, we will send the texts to an external company to translate them. The guys there may not have Visual Studio installed, or don't know how to use it.
Alternatively: an export/import function would be nice.

[ctrl]+[v] on the grid would be ambiguous, whether you want to paste the selected cells or the complete table, and pasting multiple cells could be error prone, so I decided to implement only the import/export via copy/paste of the whole table.
