Edited Issue: Crash when adding new resource file [1329]

When adding translations for a resource file in a language which has no translation yet.
The question is asked "The project has no resource file for the language ... Do you want to add the resource file to the project?"
When answering yes visual studio crashes.
The new file is created on disk, but not added to the solution

Environment:
Windows 8
Visual studio Professional 2012 version 11.0.61030.00 Update 4.
ResX Resource manager 1.0.0.43 installed as extension (the fault was also present in earlier versions).
