I exported a file without comments (older version of ResX) and now try to import with version 1.0.0.39 from 16.06.2014.
There are 8 languages at the moment including neutral as the first of them (english in my case).
After seeing the new version has comment supported import and I got trouble to import the old XLSX I manually added the comment columns as it can be seen in a new export.
This is my Excel content:

Can you please give me a hint what wents wrong?

Some of the columns have formatted text (I think foreground is Black instead of Automatic).
After removing the formatting it worked fine.
I have never expected this Excel Open Office SDK having so many traps and exceptions to handle.
I will try to support formatted text in the next release as well.
