I exported a file without comments (older version of ResX) and now try to import with version 1.0.0.39 from 16.06.2014.
There are 8 languages at the moment including neutral as the first of them (english in my case).
After seeing the new version has comment supported import and I got trouble to import the old XLSX I manually added the comment columns as it can be seen in a new export.
This is my Excel content:

Can you please give me a hint what wents wrong?

Thanks for your question.
Today I had the time to check. The results are a little mixed.
The original problem is fixed now. But some languages are not imported. I will attach the actual XLSX file for your tests. And a screenshot how it looks like after import.
May just be a problem with the charset or something or another small problem.
