The ability for a translator to view an English string and make the translation isn't always easy. Frequently the need occurs for additional context as to the intent of the string, which is where the Comment field comes in to play.
At current, the ResX Resource Manager dialog does show the comment, but it is not included in the export to Excel.
Please make a change to also include the comment column when exporting to provide proper context for the localizers/translators.
