Commented Unassigned: ResX Manager causes errors in TFS team working [1230]

It seems that Resx manager causes differences between work copy and server copy when Working under Team Foundation server.

When I don't ask manually the last version, Resx Manager works with my own copy and causes loss of ressources newly included.

I got the message in TFS log, meaning that my files are correctly extracted, but after commiting I lost the differences between my own copy and the previous version.

Now I see what your problem is - this is what happened:
Unfortunately there is no event in Visual Studio when a file has changed.
Therefore ResXManager checks for file changes whenever you open it's window or switch the focus from another document window to the ResXManagers window.
The Team Explorer is usually docked to another panel, so while working in Team Explorer ResXManager stays the active window in it's panel and does not get a focused event when you switch back - so it can't recognize that you did something different that could have caused external file changes.
I will see if I can improve this to better detect external file changes.
For now whenever you are going to change files outside either close the ResXManager window or click the refresh button before you start editing.
