It appears that the file names for the resources are case sensitive.
When I first loaded the plugin, all of my translations were showing up empty and highlighted red as if they weren't there, but by adding in some dummy keys and using the "Show only lines with missing strings" option, I could tell that they are being read and the application acknowledged them, it just wouldn't show them.
One set of translations was working though and I discovered the issue was the case of the file name. For example filename.fr-fr.resx will cause the issue I described where all the translations are blank. Changing the file name to filename.fr-FR.resx causes everything to work normally.
It would be nice if this wasn't the case and the two names were treated the same.
