The flag icons are nice looking but they don't aid in identifying the language and region of a column. All other tools that are downstream of the resx resource manager use four/five letter code like "en-US". Using those codes instead of the flags would be a big help in finding and fixing language problems that I get from the field from specific countries with specific languages and regions selected. As it is, I can't actually find the text to change in this program when someone reports an incorrect translation. I end up having to change the individual resource files.

My resource files have designations like "zh" and it's hard to remember that the "zh" equates to "Chinese". It would be better to just show the "zh" instead of the flag since "zh" and "Chinese" are terms that I might use during my localization efforts but the flag is just decorative fluff.
