This may be something that Windows is doing but every tie I open the stand alone program, it opens with the bottom of the window off the bottom of the screen. I never remembers where I move it and it never opens fully on screen. If Windows is being asked to positions the Window, it is somehow being given incorrect size information - otherwise it would show the entire window on screen.

Currently it's Windows that chooses the start position, and it does not care about the size of the window.
Maybe I will add some code to store the last position and reuse it on the next start.
