Commented Unassigned: Visual Studio freezes when I launch the extension [4738]

I use ResXManager since a lot of months but now it stops to work.
Everything is up to date to 2016-07-24
- Visual Studio Enterprise 2015 - Update 3 - 32 bit
- Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
- ResXManager 1.0.0.85 (really just updated)
- ReSharper Ultimate 2016.1.1
- Xamarin 4.1.1

When I launch the ResXManager nothing happen and Visual Studio stops to respond. If I click somewhere it appears the system alert that says that Visual Studio is busy for an internal operation.
I just can open Task Manager and kill Visual Studio. No log available.

I have this behavior regardless the project I open (also, if I don't open any project, but just open Visual Studio, then click on Menu > Tools > ResX Manager).

In attachment the log I can see in Output when open a project, when I launch the extension (is a screenshot because VS is freeze)

I've already reinstalled anything, but it not works.

Hi, sorry for my delay.
Actually, with 1.0.0.81 the problem is back: Visual Studio freezes again after launching ResX Manager.

Moreoever, note that, despite with the version 1.0.0.79 worked at the beginning, after a while Visual Studio itself didn't work no more (launch Visual Studio and I see just the splash screen ad nothing more).
So, I removed manually the extension with the command VSIXInstaller /q /a /u:{VSIXIdentifier} and after this, Visual Studio works again.
