Commented Unassigned: plugin automaticaly disabled [4730]

When I start VS2015 the plugin is disabled.
After activation and the necessary restart of VS it is enabled.
After another start of VS the plugin is automatically disabled again.

I can't reproduce this, looking at your other issues it seems that something is gone totally wrong with your VS installation.
