Commented Issue: crash on clicking to the non-neutral translation field [4716]

the same configuration as here:

i. e. visual studio has been started with elevated privileges using another user (current user doesn't have administrator rights).

default resx and the code-behind file exist.
resx for german translation doesn't exist (not sure if it matters, but still).

when i try to enter german translation, vs crashes.

OK, same root cause, but this time the spell checker is created async.

Next version should fix that, too.
