Commented Feature: Hide Resource Files [909]

It would be great to have the possibility to hide some resource files in the ResX Resource Manager Tab.

_Background: I am using Entity Framework Code First Migrations and every migration has a resources file containing the DB shema and so they "fill up" the tab with "useless entries"._
