Commented Issue: Issue with path length [4609]

I have issue using the stand alone application (not the visual studio plugin) when the path is very long.
I select my path to reach my resources and the application fails.

It's not the length, there are parts of the path that have no project file, so an invalid file below the root is picked.

You can workaround this by creating a project file (e.g. dummy.csproj, can be an empty file) in the folder shown in the path.png until the next release is out.
