Commented Unassigned: Tool does not load resources anymore in VS2013 [4596]

Hi,

I have been a user of ResX Resource Manager for a couple of months now. But I'm having issue as it does not load any ResX file anymore: when I display the tool it is just empty.

Failures
* my workstation it doesn't work in Visual Studio Professional 2013. I've tried my existing project and a new project; both times the tool fails. I've tried re-installing the tool with no success. I've tried uninstalling other VS extensions think there would be a conflict. This did not work. this is the only resource manager tool I have installed.

Successes
* My workstation in VS2012 Ultimate.
* Visual Studio Professional 2013 and a new project; it works there.
* Other developers on my team using Visual Studio Professional 2013, the tool works for them.

Can you attach the sample project?
Does this project load on other machines?
Did this issue appear after you have updated ResXManager? If yes, do you remember which version you have used before? Does it work again if you install the old version?
