this is a great and very useful extension. It saves me a lot of time during development. Nevertheless, I have one remark:
When I add a new resource file in VS 2012 or get the latest version of the resource files in the SCM, the View of ResX Manager isn't refreshed. I have to manually close the Visual Studio and reopen the solution. Maybe an extra refresh button would be suitable.
But besides that, a great work :)
